Yiannis, the owner and head chef of the establishment, brings years of experience in the preparation of both savory dishes and desserts. Having worked in numerous restaurants and collaborated with many professionals in the industry, he eventually decided to launch his own business. His vision was to expand into the field of vegetarian and healthy cuisine—an approach to eating that can be embraced by everyone. His challenge and primary goal: to successfully combine health-conscious eating with delicious flavor.
